Goulash spices
Goulash is a special blend of goulash paprika, onions and garlic which give it its typical taste. It is complimented by caraway, pepper and marjoram. Thanks to the high paprika content the blend is markedly red and thus will lend its colour to the dish. It is suitable for preparing beef, pork or veal goulash. It also goes very well with potato goulash, paprika-based sauces and in tripe or bean soups.
Ingredients: milled goulash paprika, milled dried onion, milled black pepper, milled caraway, marjoram, anti-caking agent (E341).
