Soups represent a traditional part of Czech Cuisine. Our great-grand mothers prepared them, our grandmothers prepared them, and we prepare them as well. Domestic popularity of soups ranks among the top in Europe. The favorite soups in the Czech Republic are the old classics such as goulash soups, pea soups, potato soups, or dumpling soups. More and more often, however we also take on new recipes such as ways of preparing modern soups inspired by international cuisine or new ideas for healthy eating.
In cooperation with customers, our chefs are constantly improving recipes of our traditional soups, thinking up new products and testing them. Our standard for quality is to ensure that our soups are enjoyed by our Czech consumers, and are crafted to correspond with modern trends and nutritional recommendations. Therefore, we ensure that all soups are made glutamate and preservative free.
