2. Consent to the processing of personal data from the contact form for the purpose of contacting the inquirer and delivery of a response to submitted wishes/enquiries/comments

Orkla Foods Česko a Slovensko a.s., with registered office at Mělnická 133, 277 32 Byšice, Company Reg No: 14803691, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File No 605 (“Controller”) is interested in effectively communicating with its customers and actively receiving their inquiries, comments, wishes, complaints and suggestions concerning the Controller’s products and its activities on the market and the contact form located on the Controller’s website is used for this purpose. The personal data submitted by the customer in this contact form is processed for the purpose of contacting the customer and delivering a response to the submitted wish, comment, inquiry, complaint or suggestion.

The customer’s personal data is processed within the scope specified by the customer in the contact form and only for the period essential to respond to the specific wish, comment, inquiry, complaint or suggestion, or for the period essential to complete all the processes related to such a wish, comment, inquiry, complaint or suggestion.

The customer’s personal data will not be provided to third parties or passed on to third countries. The Controller is entitled to disclose the customer’s personal data to persons processing this personal data for the Controller as its processors (e.g. the web creator). The current list of processors shall be provided in response to a request sent to privacy@orkla.cz.

The customer is not obligated under the law to provide his personal data to the Controller. However, if the customer does not provide his personal data to the Controller, it will not be possible to deliver a response to his inquiry, comment, wish, complaint or suggestion.

The customer is entitled to request the Controller for access to his personal data, correction or deletion of this data, or possibly restriction of processing of this data. Under the terms set forth in Article 20 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the customer is entitled to portability of personal data provided to the Controller. The customer may contact the Controller with a query concerning the processing of his personal data, by sending e-mail to privacy@orkla.cz.

If the customer believes that his personal data has been processed in conflict with the legal regulations, he is entitled to contact the Controller with a request to remedy the situation, by sending e-mail to privacy@orkla.cz. The Controller will immediately remedy the defective situation if the customer’s request is found to be legitimate. This does not affect the Customer’s right to file a complaint directly to the Office for Protection of Personal Data.

3. Consent to receiving offers of business, services and marketing surveys

Orkla Foods Česko a Slovensko a.s., with registered office at Mělnická 133, 277 32 Byšice, Reg No: 14803691, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File No 605 (“Controller”), is interested in storing and processing information about the person who submitted his personal data in the registration or contact form on the website www.vitana.cz (hereinafter the “Data Subject”) for the purpose of sending offers of business, services and marketing surveys.

The personal data of the Data Subjects shall be processed (a) to the extent of identification and contact data and (b) until lapse of a period of 2 years from the date of such consent.

The Data Subject’s personal data will not be provided to third parties or passed on to third countries. The Controller is required to make the Data Subject’s personal data available to persons who process the personal data for the Controller as its processors (e.g. the web creator). The current list of processors will be provided in response to a request sent by e-mail to privacy@orkla.cz.

This consent is granted absolutely voluntarily. The Data Subject is entitled to withdraw this consent at any time by written notification sent to the Controller. In such cases the processing of personal data executed on the basis of this consent shall be terminated immediately. However, withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing during the period prior to its withdrawal.

The Data Subject is entitled to ask the Controller for access to his personal data, correction or deletion of this data, or possibly restriction of the processing of this data.
