Traditional Mediterranean herbs - oregano and basil together with pieces of tomatoes form the base of this mixture intended for making a traditional Italian speciality, pizza. The pizza thus obtains a mildly spicy herbal taste and scent. The mixture is also suitable for tomato sauces or sauces for pasta.
Ingredients: salt (max. 37%), oregano, dried ground onion, dried ground garlic, pieces of dried red peppers, pieces of dried green peppers, ground sage, ground black peppercorns, basil, pieces of dried tomatoes, marjoram, dried parsley, thyme, ground coriander.
May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.
