Ingredients (powdered mixture): sugar, rum flavour (0,6 %), aromatic agent ethyl vanillin.

May contain traces of sesame, mustard, celery and milk.

    It is used to powder and flavour baked and unbaked cakes and other pastries. You can use it to flavour creams, ice creams, alcoholic or soft drinks. Just replace normal sugar with rum-flavoured sugar in your recipe. This way you will give the cake a rum fragrance and taste without having to add alcohol.
