Masox meat juice
Masox juice under meat is perfect for:
• basting any kind of meat to obtain the perfect baked through meat taste.
• Grilled, roasted or boiled meat to which you wish to add juiciness
• to flavour side dishes (rice, pasta, risotto)
IF you cook your meat directly in the Vitana meat juice then you don't need to salt or flavour the meat beforehand.
Preparation instructions: dissolve 1 cube (10g) in 0.25l boiling water, stir thoroughly and simmer for 1 minute.
Ingredients of the cube: soy proteinous hydrolyzate, vegetable fat, potato starch, corn maltodextrin, salt, flavourings, smell and flavour enhancers (E621,E627,E631), thickening agent xanthan, rendered bacon, dried tomato purée, dried onion, blend of spices, colouring agents (E150d, paprika extract), emulsifier E471, dried beef (0,15%), garlic extract, natural wine, sugar, vinegar, yeast extract, chili extract, plum jam, dried egg white, breadcrumbs – contain gluten.
May contain traces of milk, celery and lupin.
