Ground Ginger
Ginger has been grown in tropical Asia for over three thousand years. It is frequently used in Asian cuisine, where it is the second most popular flavour enhancer, right after salt. It has a sweet spicy aroma; its taste is spicy and slightly hot. It improves the taste of dull dishes and adds its typical freshness to seafood dishes and sushi. It can reduce the fat content in some dishes such as those containing duck or pork.
Tip: Ginger tea helps to warm the body because it improves blood circulation.
