This is a mixture of goulash peppers, onion and garlic that gives goulash its typical taste. It is completed with caraway, peppercorns and marjoram. The mixture is bold red because of the presence of a huge amount of red peppers and it naturally intensifies the specific colour of a meat dish. It is suitable for preparing beef, pork and veal goulash. It is also perfectly usable in potato goulash, peppercorn sauces, or in bean and tripe soup.
Tip: Add the mixture into already fried meat so as to not make the goulash peppers bitter.
