Tzatziki is a mixture of spices suitable especially when preparing this original Greek dish made from cucumbers. The balanced combination of garlic, white pepper and dill can season not only various salads, but also cottage cheese spreads, mayonnaise or yogurt dressing. This mixture is also popular with meat, it adds a spicy taste and an unusual scent.

Tip: A great result can be reached by using this mixture on roasted cod; the fish will gain a new unusual taste.
