Grilled Cheese – salt-free
A mixture of black, red and green peppercorns and garlic, balanced with the mild tastes of rosemary and thyme. Grilled cheese can be a slight variation of a main course or it can be a starter for those who are impatient during meat grilling. The mixture is suitable mainly for cheeses with white mould on the surface.
Tip: This is a mixture from our salt-free range, so that over-salting does not occur.
Ingredients: ground black peppercorns, ground green peppercorns, dried ground garlic, dried ground onion, ground sweet peppers, ground red peppercorns, dried parsley, ground rosemary, thyme.
May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.
