Grilled Chicken

This mixture is made of ground herbs, sweet peppers and caraway. The delicate pepper-herb taste is completed with the red colour of the mixture, which creates a delicate and crispy crust. Apart from chicken, the mixture is also suitable for roasting turkey, other poultry or rabbit.
Tip. Try this mixture when preparing poultry or rabbit liver, it is delicious.
Ingredients: salt (max. 50%), ground sweet peppers, sugar, dried ground garlic, ground caraway, ground black peppercorns, mixture of herbs, E341.
May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.
