This is a mixture of seven mildly ground herbs, garlic and other spices. The delicate garlic-herb taste is combined with the red colour of sweet peppers and red peppercorns that gives the meat its slightly spicy taste. The mixture is great for grilled chicken, because the mildly ground herbs do not burn. Apart from chicken, it is also suitable for turkey, other poultry and rabbit.
