This is a balanced blend of herbs, sweet peppers and caraway. The delicate pepper-herb taste is completed by the red colour that makes a nice crispy crust. Apart from chicken, the mixture is also suitable for roasted turkey, other poultry or rabbit.
Tip: This blend is from our salt-free range: everybody can salt according to personal preferences.
