Potato Dough
A mixture for universal potato dough.
You can use it to prepare: potato or fruit dumplings, plum jam rolls, potato cake, croquettes and other potato dishes.
Add:
400ml cold water
1 fresh egg
Ingredients (dry product): wheat flour (contains gluten), dried potato flakes 28% (dried potatoes 99%, emulsifier E471, stabiliser E450, acidity regulator citric acid, antioxydant E304, preservative sulphur dioxide, colouring agent turmeric), salt, colouring agent turmeric.
May contain traces of egg, milk, celery and lupines. Store in dry area. Once cooked, consume immediately.
