Herbs de Provence
This world-famous mixture of aromatic herbs originally came from southern France. Many of the herbs are used medicinally to facilitate digestion. It adds scent and taste typical of French specialities and Mediterranean cuisine. You can use it for chicken, rabbit, fish, lamb and mutton. It is suitable for all meat and vegetarian meals.
Tip: Herbs de Provence soften and highlight the taste of spreads prepared on with a butter, cheese or cottage cheese base.
