Rosemary is an evergreen bush, the needles of which are used as a herb. It comes from the Mediterranean area. It is grown in England, USA and Mexico today. Its taste is very aromatic, it reminds of eucalyptus, hot and slightly bitter. It is suitable for veal, lamb and poultry, for roasted fish and sauces. It is also great for herb butter.
