This is a balanced blend of cinnamon, star anise and clove made according to the original recipe. It is suitable for baking gingerbread. Use it to season sweet pastry (honey gingerbread, Christmas cookies, pies...)
Ingredients: ground cinnamon, ground coriander, ground star anise, ground allspice, ground clove, ground anise, ground nutmeg, ground mace, ground fennel.
May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.
