Minced Meat
The mixture is a combination of garlic, allspice, marjoram and ginger suitable for every type of meat. Garlic gives the spicy taste, marjoram and ginger the interesting scent. Usually it is used for hamburgers, meatballs or kebab. It is also great for the meat mixture used when stuffing sweet peppers, roasted aubergine and courgette, and for toast mixtures and meat spreads, as well.
Ingredients: salt (max. 30%) dried ground garlic, dried ground onion, ground black peppercorns, ground allspice, marjoram, ground ginger, ground mace, ground caraway, anti-caking agent E341.
May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.
