This is a balanced blend of sweet peppers, caraway, peppercorns, bay leaf and other ingredients typical for Czech cuisine. The mixture is designed especially for roasting meats with higher fat content. It gives a stronger and more seasoned flavour. It is also suitable for steaks, marinating pork neck, cutlets, game or in meat rolls.

Tip: Try this mixture for roast turkey, duck or goose. It will be delicious.
