This balanced blend of white mustard, peppercorns and chili highlights the specific taste and scent of every fish and seafood dish. The mixture is completed with parsley, dill and chive, which gives fish an interesting taste and a mild herbal scent. The mixture is versatile; it can be used for either freshwater or saltwater fish. It is suitable for roasting, frying and grilling. It is also great in fish soups, chowder and sauces.
Tip: Try to combine the mixture with oil and lemon juice. Marinate the fish with the mixture for half an hour before cooking;, the result is a mild but bold taste.
