Roasted Chicken
This is a balanced blend of herbs, sweet peppers and caraway. The delicate pepper-herb taste is completed with the red colour, and makes a deliciously crispy crust. Apart from chicken, the mixture is also suitable for turkey, other poultry and rabbit.
Tip: During roasting add a little white wine. Meat and sauce will gain an original taste and a nice unusual scent.
Ingredients: salt (48%), ground sweet peppers, sugar, dried ground garlic, ground caraway, basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, E 341.
May contain traces of sesame, mustard, celery and milk.
