Znoimia Sauce
The sauce from Znojmo is a favourite and classic. Dissolve the sauce mix in water, add 2-3 gherkins and 10 minutes later the sauce is ready on the table.
Ingredients of the dry mixture: maltodextrin, wheat flour, yeast, salt, rendered bacon, ground onion, aromas, sugar, palm fat, yeast extract, beef extract, pork fat, colouring agent E 150c, butter, spice mix, veal meat.
May contain traces of egg, celery and lupin.

Cooking instructions
Steps to follow:
1. Thoroughly dissolve the pack's contents in 500ml cold water.
2. Cut up 2-3 medium-sized pickled gherkins and add to the sauce.
3. Bring to the boil and simmer 10 minutes whilst stirring continuously.
