Four Seasons Peppercorns
The mixture is a combination of black, green, white and red peppercorns. Black peppercorns have a burning hot taste, the green ones areextremely spicy, and on the other hand the white ones are far milder. The harmony of the combination is delicately completed with that of the red peppercorns. If you want to be bolder with every meal this colourful peppercorn mix, when ground, adds a fuller, more aromatic taste. It has a very wide variety of uses - from starters, spreads and soups, to main dishes and sauces.
