Ground White Peppercorns
White peppercorns come from ripe, dried and peeled berries of the evergreen peppercorn tree. Its homeland is India. Nowadays it is grown in many tropical and subtropical areas. The taste and scent are much milder, more delicate and more aromatic than that of black peppercorns. It is used for preparing light sauces, salads, fish and cottage cheese meals.
Tip: Try to add ground white peppercorns into cottage cheese or egg spread instead of ground black peppercorns: you will get a more delicate taste.
