Smoked sweet pepper

Smoked sweet pepper is a sweet pepper which is dried by unhurried smoking. Thanks to this it obtains a distinctly unique smoky flavour. Just add a pinch to foods that you would add sweet paprika to, and they will obtain an irredeemably smoky flavour and scent. It goes great with all types of goulash, but also with chicken and minced meats. It is also delicious in cold dishes for flavouring cheeses and spreads.
