This mixture is a balanced combination of sweet peppers, garlic and ground caraway, completed with tomato purée. It is made especially to season potato French fries. It gives a light salty and spicy taste and an interesting colour. It is also suitable for other baked or fried potato dishes.
Ingredients: salt (max 65%), ground sweet peppers, dried ground onion, ground caraway, dried ground garlic, dried tomato purée, ground black peppercorns, dried parsley.
May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.
