Crushed Parsley Leaves
Parsley is a popular leafy root vegetable that came from Southern Europe. There are two main varieties of parsley - curly and straight leaved. Both are rich source of vitamins and minerals. The straight leaved varieties – the type used in this product - are more suitable for warm meals, because it is more aromatic. Parsley leaves are suitable for egg dishes, sauces, soups and to decorate cheese.
Tip: A mixture of parsley, bay leaf and thyme is great for soups, goulash and sauces.
