Dried Garlic
Garlic originates from the Middle East, but today it is grown all over the world. It has an intense flavour, and a distinctly spicy taste which becomes milder when cooked or baked. Garlic finds its place in every kitchen. It is essential when preparing lamb, smoked meat products, hamburgers and more. It is added to sauces, mayonnaises, salads, soups and potato-based dishes.
Tip: Mix one piece of dried garlic and three pieces of sea salt, you get garlic salt that is great for toasts, potatoes, in salads or with grilled meat.
